User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask 5th Element Digital to delete personal information we hold about you, including information received through a Facebook or Instagram lead form used by the 5ED Lead Sync app.

How to request deletion

1. Email jason@5thelementdigital.com with the subject "User data deletion request."
2. Include the name, email address, or phone number you used when you contacted us so we can locate the correct record.
3. We may ask you to confirm control of that contact method before we delete the record. We will confirm completion by email.

We will delete the applicable personal information from our active systems unless we must retain a limited record for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations. Deleting a record from 5th Element Digital does not delete information held separately by Meta; Meta provides its own account and privacy controls.
