What the same crew
costs elsewhere.

Everyone in this market advertises the price you get when you pay for the year. Here is what happens to that price the moment your business has more than one person in it.

Monthly cost billed annually, from each company’s own pricing page, checked 16 September 2026.

5 people$29$145$149
8 people$29$232$299

Our price is the same at every size because Core does not charge per user. Jobber charges $29 a month for each person you add; Housecall Pro moves you up a plan. Add Front Desk to ours for $19 a month and a person still builds your website first — and if you leave, we refund the months you did not use.

THREE REAL DIFFERENCES

It is not only the number.

They charge for each person. We do not.

Jobber's Core plan covers one user and each extra person is another $29 a month, so a five-person crew pays five times the headline. Housecall Pro caps each plan instead: Basic is one user, Essentials is up to five, MAX is up to eight, and you move up a plan to add the next person. Core is one price for everyone in your business, and it does not change in July when you take on summer help.

They keep the money. We give it back.

Jobber's terms say fees are non-refundable, with no refunds for months unused. Cancel an annual Jobber plan part-way through and you keep access until the term ends, but the payment does not come back. Cancel their monthly plan with a one-year commitment and you are billed to the end of the twelve months anyway. Ours is the opposite: cancel whenever you want and we refund the months you did not use. The $299 onboarding you already received is not charged back either.

They give you a website builder. We give you a website.

Jobber includes a website builder free on every plan, and it is a real one: lead capture, Google Business Profile, booking. The difference is who does the work. Theirs is a tool you use. Ours is a person: they build the site, load your services and rates, install the inquiry form, train the front desk on your business, and test it before you go live, inside 24 hours. That is the $299 onboarding, and it is included when you pay for the year.

WHERE THEY BEAT US

When you should not pick us.

A comparison page that only flatters the company that wrote it is not worth reading. These are real.

  • If it is just you, Jobber's headline price is the same $29 a month ours is. We win when you hire, not before.
  • Jobber and Housecall Pro have been at this far longer and do much more than we do: deeper scheduling, route planning, payroll and time tracking, and long lists of integrations. If you need those today, buy those.
  • Our Front Desk answers on chat and by text. It does not answer the phone in a voice yet. Jobber's receptionist add-on does.
  • Missed-call text-back, online booking, automated review requests and Google profile management are on our roadmap and are not built. We will not put them on a page until they are.

Every figure and policy above was read on each company’s own pricing, help centre or terms page on 16 September 2026. Prices change; if you find one of these out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
