A Yelp request becomes a lead with the customer's name, what they asked for and their first message. It counts on the pipeline, it gets the new-lead alert, and a message you already answered inside Yelp is marked handled.

Reply without leaving the lead

Every message the customer sends on Yelp lands on the lead. Write back from the same panel and it is delivered to them on Yelp, with a sent mark once Yelp accepts it, so the thread they see is the one you see.

What do I need?

A Yelp Leads account for your business and a Zapier account. While Yelp leads are in beta, our team connects the two with you; ask us and we set it up.

Does the customer get a message from 5th Element?

No. Yelp stays the only channel the customer sees. Your reply goes to them on Yelp under your business, and nothing else is sent.

Is it included?

It is on for beta businesses on request. Pricing is not set yet, and nothing changes on your plan while it is in beta.
